1. Standing in the heart of God

"I feel the presence of God directly in front of me.  The very heart of God is directly in front of me. In humility I step inside. I am standing in the heart of God. I am completely seen and loved. I am safe and I am home."

2.  Thankfulness
"I am thankful for my practice. I am thankful for remembering my practice and being able to do it."

3.  Abundance
I gather all the beauty, that is around me. I bring it into my heart and from there it goes through my entire body.

 4. I am
Everything that is, I am. I gather everything that is, it comes up through my body like a fountain of  light and it goes out the top of my head. Everything that is, I am.

5. The Rhythm of Life
I am a wave. I am one with the rhythm of my own life. I am one with the movement of the moon and the stars. I am time itself

6. Transformation
I hold a ball of light in front of me. Inside the ball of light I move my hands like a butterfly;

a. I untie the knots of my attachments.
b. I untie the knots of my emotions.
c. I untie the knots of my ego and my thoughts.

I transform myself and I am becoming free.

7a. Oneness-with all that is
I am one with everything I see.

7b. Oneness-with the Ocean of Eternity
There is an ocean out in front of me. As I open my arms, I stretch out my heart to touch the horizon. Where the ocean and sky meet this is the doorway into heaven.  As I open my arms, my body becomes one with the ocean, my mind becomes one with the sky.  My mind is still and time stops.   And I am as deep as the ocean itself.

8. Receiving Divine Grace
I collect the sweet golden nectar of heaven, that is constantly falling. It is grace. I bring it down to the top of my head,  it flows down through my body. I bring it in front of my heart, where the bird of my heart drinks from it.

9. The Mother River
I am sitting in the mother river.  She is the giver of all life.  I give everything back to her. I hold on to nothing.  She washes me and she takes everything from me.

Thankfulness
I am thankful for my practice. I am thankful for everyone and everything.
